Are you driven by improvement, collaboration, and making things happen? We are now looking for a Process Developer with experience in construction and claims operations, who wants to contribute to developing working methods, processes, and support in the construction claims flow.

This is a role for you who thrives in the borderland between operations, analysis, and development – and who wants to use your competence to create improvements that work in practice. The position is located in Örebro or Stockholm.

What you will do as a Process Developer at Folksam

As a Process Developer, you work close to the claims operations and in collaboration with other functions within Claims. Your task is to drive process improvements within the construction claims area. You analyze outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and develop proposals for actions. You continuously contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and policies related to construction claims. Furthermore, you support the operations with knowledge of construction, insurance, and systems.

You will among other things:

• work with process development according to APDC (Analyze–Plan–Do–Check)
• conduct analyses of data and outcomes in the construction claims process
• contribute with operation-related competence in our development organization and validate that digital development benefits the operations and our customers
• participate in supplier collaboration related to construction claims
• work with external system suppliers included in the construction claims process to understand, quality assure, and develop the system based on the operations' needs
• contribute to work with policy interpretation, routines, and policies related to construction claims
• contribute to the development of insurance products, with a focus on efficient claims handling.

Together with your colleagues in Process Development, you continuously work to optimize the department's working methods and ensure that we deliver the greatest possible value to the organization and to Folksam's customers. The role is operation-related and requires both subject matter expertise and the ability to work in a structured and analytical manner.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have:

• experience of process development or improvement work from analysis to follow-up of expected effect.
• You are a proficient user of PowerBI and feel confident handling large amounts of data.
• good understanding of construction technology, moisture, drying, demolition, and restoration as well as industry regulations (e.g., BBR, GVK, Säker Vatten).
• experience of insurance claims and FAL.

Meritorious:

• construction technical education (University College or University).
• experience of supplier management.
• experience of construction claims handling.
